Now, this MS Paint creation has made the leap into Hyrule, courtesy of modder Hefty. For the uninitiated, Sanic is a meme that appeared back in 2010 after a tutorial video on how to draw 'Sanic Hegehog' took the internet by storm.
That's right: this The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild mod does not allow players to check out Sega's popular mascot, but instead his somewhat less famous cousin. Although some of the fan-made content is aiming to make revolutionary changes to the title, such as the in-development mod to add multiplayer to Breath of the Wild, others have taken a less serious approach, such as one that adds Sanic to the game. In the last couple of months, those PC players who have been emulating The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild have been running wild with mod content for the game.
